Bicycle racks with in-house design, for more sustainable urban mobility
Providing bicycle parking in public space is one of the most direct ways to encourage active mobility. A rack that is well located, robust and easy to use makes the difference between a cyclist leaning a bike against a lamp post and one locking it to proper equipment. Design matters: a rack that fits into its setting is used more and adds to the visual quality of the urban environment.
Our catalogue includes 14 models of bicycle rack in steel, corten steel and combinations with FSC Kambala wood or others. The models vary in shape and capacity, from individual stands to modular solutions that grow with demand: some models allow modules to be added and capacity per stand to be increased, without replacing the equipment already installed.
One feature that sets some models apart is the care taken with the condition of the bicycles themselves. Certain solutions are developed specifically to minimise damage to paintwork and frames from contact with metal surfaces, incorporating FSC wood or other materials at the contact points. This is no minor consideration in public equipment, where user turnover and volume of use are high.
