Check-up trail with in-house design, to promote health in public space

The check-up trail is a public health solution that brings clinical self-assessment into public space. It combines an outdoor walking route with information panels and an indoor check-up centre equipped with measuring instruments, so that anyone can assess basic health indicators without having to travel to a health centre.

The outdoor component consists of a walking route at least 800 metres long, with information panels and distance markings along the way.

The indoor component is a check-up centre with a minimum area of 12 m², equipped with instruments for measuring waist circumference, weight and height (with a BMI chart), blood pressure, oxygen saturation and plantar analysis, among others.

The information panels cover topics such as cardiovascular risk, diabetes risk, self-examination and recommendations for physical activity.

Some optional equipment is also available, including basic life support.

This solution is made in steel, HPL, aluminium, fibreglass, glass and sandwich panel, with dimensions and configurations adaptable to each space. The interior is customisable.

We work with local authorities, parish councils and developers of health and sports facilities, on both specification and installation.
