Public showers with in-house design, for installation in any outdoor context
Beaches, municipal swimming pools, water parks and leisure areas with water are the most common settings for installing public showers. But permanent outdoor exposure, moisture and intensive use by large numbers of people place particular demands on this equipment, both in terms of materials and in terms of simple operation and maintenance.
The Larus catalogue includes public showers available in different configurations:
- simple version;
- at a 90º angle;
- in a 180º arrangement, for simultaneous use by multiple users.
This last configuration is particularly suited to access points at busy beaches and swimming pools, where managing user flow is a priority.
All models include a flow control valve and are available with an optional footwash, a practical feature for removing sand before entering indoor spaces or leisure facilities.
The main materials are stainless steel and chrome-plated brass, chosen for their corrosion resistance in damp environments and their durability under intensive outdoor use. Stainless steel, for example, is particularly suitable for installations in coastal environments, where exposure to salt accelerates the degradation of other materials.
The structure is designed to adapt to different types of surface and context, with a neutral formal language that does not conflict with the identity of the space.
